Locally implements our CRM strategy, to increase client acquisition, satisfaction and loyalty, within an omni-channel environment.

International Client Service Manager

Supports our strategy by providing insights regarding clients' purchasing behaviors throughout all channels and touchpoints.

Client Service Coordinator

Guarantees excellent service levels in boutiques and participates in the global client satisfaction strategy in support of the Market CS Manager.

International Client Insights Manager

Supports client relations and service through customer segmentation and profiling and provides insights into purchasing behaviors.

JENNIFER SOVA - WORME

With a focus on client centricity, my role is to oversee the execution of CRM strategies, advance and promote client relationship programming to support client loyalty, acquisition, growth, and retention initiatives. Since CRM touches many different aspects of the business and partners with various teams both internally and externally - from Retail, Specialist, Media & Communications, Events to central HQ, it brings diversity, creative thinking, co-construction and partnerships on a daily basis. The most exciting aspect is the evolution of CRM as we know it today by pioneering innovative advancements and communications to enhance the client journey and experience. What I like best about my job is that I'm constantly learning - every day is a new day and with it brings new opportunities and beginnings.
